About Ammar Hussain
Ammar Hussain focuses primarily on a broad business transactional practice with an emphasis in the corporate, real estate, and banking industries. Ammar represents individual and corporate clients in various transactional matters including real estate acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions (both buy & sell side), securities offerings, asset-based financing, joint ventures, corporate formation and organization, and commercial leases.
As a Texas native, Ammar completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017 and graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2020. During law school, Ammar was a member and later selected to serve as chief, of the Small Business and Trademark Clinic, where he assisted clients in creating various business entities and protecting clients’ intellectual property by registering trademarks with the USPTO.
