The FAA today published a Determination to extend its provision of aviation insurance and reinsurance coverage for U.S. flag commercial air carrier service in domestic and international operations beyond the current August 31, 2005 deadline through December 31, 2005. The extension affects U.S. flag commercial ir carriers operating domestic and international flights who currently have premium war risk insurance with the Federal Aviation Administration.
