She regularly guides clients through each phase of the acquisition, disposition, financing, and entitlement process.
Lynnsee also maintains a robust leasing practice, representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial lease agreements. Her experience spans retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments, giving her a deep understanding of the nuances and challenges inherent in leasing relationships.
