Daniel Mitchell is an associate attorney with a broad practice ranging from residential construction litigation to energy and real estate transactions. Daniel represents both individuals and corporate clients in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, real estate title defects and examination, oil and gas, the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, and automobile dealership litigation matters.
Daniel graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was a two-time member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team and a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll. Prior to attending law school, Daniel was an Independent Petroleum Landman for 7 years in West Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado.
At Oklahoma City University, Daniel was a three-time All-American golfer and an individual national champion. Daniel played professional golf for 3 years before career ending injuries led him to pursue a new path.
