The FAA has issued Notice 8000.341 amending OpSpec A007 for FAR Parts 121, 125 (including operators issued a Letter of Deviation Authority (LODA 125)), 133, 137, 135; and 145 certificate holders and fractional ownership program managers operating under Part 91 subpart K. The Notice requires the disclosure in OpSpec A007 of a specific responsible person, by name, as recipient for SAFOs and/or InFOs, together with a working email address and a working telephone number for that responsible person. The FAA intends to use the e-mail addresses provided in OpSpec A007 to distribute its publications to affected certificate holders.
