Caleb R. Cook

Caleb’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, construction defect defense, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and strategic business counseling. He has successfully represented general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, technology companies, developers, and other business clients in matters involving high-value disputes, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. His litigation experience includes representing clients in arbitration, depositions, and trial, while his transactional practice encompasses negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, employment contracts, SaaS and technology agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and construction contracts.

Before entering private practice, Caleb served as a prosecutor, where he first-chaired multiple jury and bench trials, led and trained newly appointed prosecutors on voir dire. This courtroom foundation continues to inform his strategic approach to litigation and pre-litigation dispute resolution.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Caleb built more than two decades of professional leadership experience in military service, banking, and executive recruiting. He served honorably in the United States Air Force, managed foreclosure operations for an international financial institution, and recruited executive-level talent within the logistics industry. This diverse background provides him with a practical understanding of the legal and business challenges his clients face.
