About Tucker Thomas
Tucker Thomas represents clients in all manner of commercial real estate and general business transactions, including documenting and negotiating real estate purchase contracts; leases (for landlords and tenants); property development agreements; easements; property restrictions; loan documents; workouts; opinion letters; title documents; entity formation documents; and investor and company agreements.
Tucker serves his clients “stem-to-stern” in connection with their industrial, office, multifamily, retail, mixed use, and shopping center projects, beginning with site selection, due diligence, acquisition, lease-up, financing, and, ultimately, investment sales. His representative experience includes hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisitions and dispositions, ranging from simple to portfolio- level transactions.
Tucker takes to heart serving his clients’ interests, providing his clients with high attention to detail and personal insights to anticipate his clients’ needs and understand their team dynamics and internal processes in order to better serve them. Early in his career, Tucker served as an Asset Manager for a reputable, nationwide, Dallas-based commercial real estate developer specializing in development and sale of speculative flex, office and industrial assets. In his early legal practice, Tucker represented several agency lenders in originating and servicing hundreds of loans on behalf of government-sponsored enterprises (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac).
