Baylee Pearce is an associate in the firm’s Houston office, where her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in complex real estate and title litigation. Drawing on her background in oil and gas title examination, she brings a deep understanding of property ownership, probate, and estate planning issues. This unique experience enables her to identify practical, creative solutions tailored to each client’s legal needs while effectively navigating intricate title and ownership matters.
Before joining Shackelford, Baylee concentrated her practice on surface and mineral title examination for large and mid-sized upstream oil and gas companies in Texas and New Mexico. During law school, she was a member of the National Moot Court Team and competed in the John R. Brown Admiralty Law Moot Court Competition for two consecutive years, sharpening her advocacy skills.
Outside the office, Baylee enjoys exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene and spending time outdoors with her dogs, Milo and Millie, on the city’s many walking trails.
