Dallas Shackelford, McKinley & Norton partners Joshua Northam and Elizabeth Swan have been selected among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Family Lawyers.
The honored attorneys, according to Lawdragon, are those who focus on helping private and high net worth clients successfully navigate the turbulent waters of Family Law proceedings.
This is the third selection for Mr. Northam in the area of Family Law/Domestic Litgation. He represents clients involved in divorces, child custody cases, child support enforcement and contempt actions, and modifications of support and possession. He also handles more unique family disputes, such as custody disputes involving international jurisdictional challenges, grandparents’ rights, and same-sex marriage issues.
Ms. Swan routinely represents clients in family matters of divorce, division of property, child custody, child support, marital agreements, mental illness and substance abuse claims, family violence protective orders. She also handles business and asset valuation and property claims. This is her second Lawdragon selection in the areas of Family Law/Litigation and Appeals.
