Raymond L. Panneton is a Texas-born and raised attorney with a national reputation for delivering strong, results-driven advocacy. Raymond earned his J.D. from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Baylor University’s Honors College, where he also pursued minors in Church-State Studies and Criminal Justice.
