- Secured rare “Death Penalty” sanctions in a trade secrets and restrictive covenants lawsuit against former executive of Houston-based management-consulting firm resulting in a favorable public judgment of $1.2 million dollars.
- Secured a favorable settlement and permanent injunction against former executive of oil & gas services company regarding breach of restrictive covenants.
- Secured complete dismissal with prejudice and an award of attorneys’ fees for oil & gas services company through an Anti-SLAPP Motion to Dismiss regarding restrictive covenants.
- Secured a voluntary dismissal of claims with prejudice from former employee of an insurance company who asserted numerous causes of action related to Title VII discrimination and FMLA retaliation after arbitrator ordered sanctions against the former employee.
- Secured a complete defense verdict in arbitration for an insurance company whose former employee asserted wrongful termination claims related to discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation.
- Secured a complete defense verdict in arbitration for an oil & gas services company whose former employee asserted wrongful termination claims related to disability discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodation, and FMLA retaliation.
