Dhruv Patel
Dhruv Patel is a promising young attorney with a focus in corporate and construction law. Although early in his career, Dhruv has already gained valuable experience through internships and clerkships, assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and contract negotiations. Dhruv aims to leverage his academic background and passion for corporate governance to assist businesses with complex legal matters. His goal is to provide strategic counsel and support to help clients navigate the evolving corporate landscape with confidence.
Dhruv completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas in Arlington and received his bachelor’s in finance with high honors. Dhruv is graduate of Texas A&M School of Law, class of 2024, where he concentrated in business law. During law school, Dhruv worked as legal extern and as a clinic student in Texas A&M University School of Law’s entrepreneurship clinic. During Dhruv’s time as an extern and clinic student, he worked on various corporate related legal matters to assist clients with their growing businesses.
