Houston’s Mr. Mazow focuses his corporate and transactional practice on family-owned and founder-owned companies and private equity and debt investors serving the lower-middle market. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity and debt financing, corporate governance, and general corporate matters in a broad array of industries.
Mr. McKinley is a Dallas-based business transactional attorney with an emphasis on real estate and banking. He represents individual and business clients in real estate acquisitions, including affordable and workforce housing transactions, commercial leases, lender and borrower financing transactions and entity formation and organization.
Ms. Roback focuses her Houston-based practice on resolving business disputes and uncovering corporate fraud in federal and state courts and in arbitration. She represents businesses, oil and gas companies, banks, real estate investors, trusts, and individuals on matters including breach of contract, mineral rights matters, fraudulent transfer, partnership disputes, bank fraud, and trade secret violations.
Ms. Hargrove is a real estate attorney in the firm’s Dallas office. She represents developers, non-profits and housing agencies in affordable and workforce housing transactions, property tax exemption deals, low-income housing tax credit, bond, and FHA and Agency transactions.
Mr. Ulmer is a Houston-based commercial litigation and insurance coverage attorney, representing clients in courts across Texas and Louisiana. A former Louisiana state prosecutor, he was recently admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
