Mr. Mazow focuses his corporate and transactional practice on family-owned and founder-owned companies and private equity and debt investors serving the lower-middle market. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity and debt financing, corporate governance, and general corporate matters in a broad array of industries.
Mr. McKinley is a business transactional attorney with an emphasis on real estate and banking. He represents individual and business clients in real estate acquisitions, including affordable and workforce housing transactions, commercial leases, lender and borrower financing transactions and entity formation and organization.
Ms. Hargrove is a real estate attorney who represents developers, non-profits and housing agencies in affordable and workforce housing transactions, property tax exemption deals, low-income housing tax credit, bond, and FHA and Agency transactions.
