On November 10, 2009 the FAA released a new Fact Sheet regarding portable electronic devices (“PEDs”) including cell phones, pagers, pdas, MP3 players etc. and the use of WiFi. The Fact Sheet discusses in very general terms the restrictions/limitations on the use of PEDs on board commercial airlines.
