Ramon Hernandez assists clients in the construction industry with matters such as contract drafting and review, lien resolution, construction defect disputes, contract payment disputes, and collection of unpaid sums. Mr. Hernandez received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. During his time at SMU, he served as Associate Editor at The International Lawyer, a law journal of international renown. In addition, Mr. Hernandez externed for the Honorable Kimberly C. Priest Johnson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Hernandez is professionally fluent in Spanish.
