Her clients include a variety of corporations and business owners, including auto dealerships, professional service firms, real estate developers, manufacturers, health care companies, and financial institutions. Martha has most recently represented clients in aviation, business, probate, employment, and fiduciary litigation. Martha routinely counsels businesses and individuals in litigation avoidance and employment practices; prepares and reviews contracts; and assists in all types of tactical business decisions.
Martha has been named one of 500 Leading Litigators in America by Lawdragon since the inception of that recognition; she has appeared in the listings of the Best Lawyers in Texas and in America since 2012.
