Sean’s transactional practice focuses on the affordable housing tax credit industry. He works with developers, non-profits, and state and local housing agencies to construct affordable housing throughout the region. In addition, he assists clients with the complex process of submitting bids for governmental contracts.
Sean has assisted clients with many aspects of development transactions, including: helping clients secure financing, conducting legal, operational, and financial due diligence, ensuring compliance with government regulations, drafting development agreements and applicable ancillary agreements, and assisting with closings and post-closing obligations.
Sean graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2017. During law school, he served as the finance director for the Business Law Society and was chosen to participate in the Thad T. Hutchinson Moot Court Competition. He was named the 2016 Pro Bono Beacon for the University of Texas School of Law. Sean is a member of the Dallas Housing Coalition.
