Brian’s practice for over 40 years focuses on transaction work, primarily that involves tax-exempt bonds. He has represented cities, counties, state agencies, special utility and economic development districts, and issuers, borrowers and purchasers of tax-exempt debt.   He has served as Bond Counsel, Underwriter’s Counsel, Trustee and Bank Counsel, Issuer Counsel, Not-for-Profit Counsel, and Borrower Counsel in several billion dollars of transactions.   He is very proud of the thousands of single family homes and numerous multi-family projects as well as heath care, skilled cared and assisted-care facilities that have resulted from these   transactions, as well as the numerous governmental facilities such as schools, courthouses, government administrative buildings, roads, water and sewer systems, and detention facilities that have benefited through his practice.
