Three trial attorneys have joined Shackelford, McKinley & Norton, LLP, bolstering the firm’s business litigation expertise across Texas.
Mark Lewis joins the firm’s Houston office as Of Counsel. He represents Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals in complex insurance coverage, construction, energy, environmental, fraud and civil RICO litigation. He also has significant experience helping clients through divorce, child custody, child support and paternity disputes.
Joining the Dallas office is associate Brad Bryan. He represents clients involved in high-stakes litigation focusing on business disputes, construction defect claims, real estate conflicts and insurance defense work in Texas and Federal courts. He earned his JD from SMU’s Dedman School of Law.
Ramon Hernandez joins the Fort Worth office as a litigation associate. His practice focuses on the construction industry, assisting clients with contract drafting and review, lien resolution, construction defect disputes, contract payment disputes, and collections. He earned his JD from SMU’s Dedman School of Law and is a former extern for the Hon. Kimberly C. Priest Johnson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas.
