Kathryn has established a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer and tenacious negotiator for individuals facing difficult family law issues relating to divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, premarital and postmarital agreements, and enforcement or modification of court orders.
Kathryn strives to help her clients make sound decisions during one of the most turbulent periods of their lives. She works with her clients to understand their goals and strategize to develop an effective plan aimed at achieving these goals, whether through settlement or final trial. She has extensive experience handling both amicable and high conflict divorce and child custody cases throughout Collin, Dallas and Denton counties.
Prior to focusing her practice on family law in 2004, she prosecuted the rights of victims in catastrophic personal injury matters. She brings that same passion, commitment and tenacity to her family law practice. Over the course of her career, she has developed a strong reputation as a skilled negotiator and litigator in complex child custody matters and high net worth divorce cases.
