Esther Lee focuses primarily on a broad business transactional practice with an emphasis on real estate, corporate, and partnership law. Esther represents a broad range of individual and corporate clients in a variety of transactional matters including affordable housing transactions, corporate formation and organization, asset-based financing, commercial lease agreements, and automobile dealership matters.
Esther received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. While at the University of Oklahoma, Esther was a member of the OU Women’s Rowing Team and participated in study abroad programs in South Korea. Before attending law school, Esther interned for Bryan Garner and assisted with various book publications. Esther then attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and graduated with her J.D. in 2019. While in law school, Esther was actively involved in the SMU student chapter of The National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, serving as the association’s secretary. In addition, Esther dedicated many hours to public service and also participated in the school’s Innocence Clinic that helped exonerate wrongly convicted individuals.
In her spare time, Esther enjoys working out and eating ice cream. Esther loves to try out the newest ice cream spots and flavors. Esther also enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
