Bryan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, and primarily construction and real estate related matters. Bryan represents a broad range of individual and corporate clients including owners, home builders, general contractors, subcontractors, design-team members, and more. Recent matters have involved RCLA, DTPA, construction defect, performance bond, payment bond, and lien issues.
Bryan’s construction practice stems from a strong foundation in construction. In 2015, Bryan earned a B.S. in Construction Science with academic honors from Texas A&M University. During his undergraduate studies, Bryan worked for multiple commercial general contractors. Between undergrad and law school, Bryan worked for a Fort-Worth based general contractor. Then, during law school at SMU Dedman School of Law, Bryan externed with the legal department for one of the largest Fortune 500 constructors. In May 2019, Bryan graduated from SMU Law with both academic and public service honors and has been working in litigation ever since.
In his spare time, Bryan always seems to have a hands-on project in the works, such as helping construct a two-story cabin in Alaska and remodeling a friend’s garage into a “pub.” Bryan also enjoys spending time outside, especially at his family’s ranch west of Fort Worth, and traveling, hiking, and backpacking.
